Founded in 1985 by Robert Golden Sr. and Fred Kiwak in Pittston, Pennsylvania, Golden began with one guiding pledge: “Build it right the first time.” That promise still drives us today and is proudly displayed above our manufacturing floor in Old Forge, PA. What started in a one-car garage has grown into a thriving company that provides jobs for nearly 500 Americans and serves customers across the United States, Canada, and beyond.
Golden remains a true family business, with multiple generations continuing the legacy. Robert’s son, Richard Golden, has served as CEO since 1991, while co-founder Fred Kiwak leads innovation as Vice President of Research and Development. Together, they carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit and craftsmanship that define the Golden brand.
